DELIVERY

  • We are pleased to offer a range of shipping options to customers from every nook of the world. Your Kopar item will be delivered fully insured by one of our trusted courier operators, wrapped safely and packaged within a discreet mailing box.
  • We will deliver Your order to the address You provide us at the time You make Your order. It is Your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address You give us is correct and accurate. The delivery will require a signature upon its arrival.
  • If You want to change the delivery address once Your order has been placed, it is very important that You contact us immediately via email at: info@kopar.lt Once Your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to modify Your shipping information for that specific order.
  • Any change of shipping address after Your order has been shipped will have an additional shipping fee equivalent to the shipment cost for any given country.
  • We deliver orders with Lithuanian Post, UPS and DHL and other courier. Their terms and conditions cover the shipments, which mean that once the package is in the hands of Lithuanian Post or UPS, DHL or other they are responsible for the package arriving intact and undamaged.
  • Kopar provides standard worldwide shipping with a next business day dispatch. Shipping price is described at the time of purchase next to every item (NOTE: estimates do not account for delays caused by unexpected delivery service disruptions or force majeure events)

EU COUNTRIES:

    • Delivery time – between 2-5 business days from shipping day. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the purchase.

NON-EU COUNTRIES:

    • Delivery time – between 4-7 business days from shipping day. Most of our orders are shipped within 3-7 business days from the purchase.

 

  • Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. In all cases, these additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be settled at the given customs office. Kopar is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
  • Fast worldwide delivery service is available for a fee. Total cost is being calculated based on delivering country at checkout. You can always track Your fast delivery with a special code via UPS. Estimated fast worldwide delivery: up to 3 working days from shipment.
  • We ship all items by parcel post which makes it possible to track the package if any problems arise. We always pack items safely in order to minimize the risk of damaged cargo. The items are insured during shipment, and upon receipt please check the package contents. If the items are damaged upon receipt, please report this to the shipping company. Within 2 days of receipt, You must return the damaged items to us. Kopar is not responsible for items damaged during transport.
  • If the goods we deliver are not what You ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to You unless You notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. We will always aim to rectify any problem via our discretion.
  • If You do not receive the goods ordered by You within the estimated delivery times, we shall have no liability to You unless You notify us by e-mail or telephone.
  • You must comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase our goods. We accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods You purchase.
  • If Your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to You for whatever reason, then You will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
